enjoyed the place, warm stay. bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern. hotel's manager is one of the top employees! the location is near to bookshop and a shopping street.

The nearby restaurant, Poco Artisan Ice Cream, was as close as 100 metres from the hotel. Free parking onsite was provided. Nice comfy base for holiday in Port Fairy. Honestly nothing bothered me;))
